About Dr. Silvestre
Dr. David W. Silvestre, DO is a double board-certified physician in Critical Care Medicine and Internal Medicine, and an ECMO-certified intensivist — the highest-level certification in life-support technology awarded by the Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ELSO). This background in high-acuity, evidence-based medicine forms the foundation of everything he brings to aesthetic practice.
As the founder and Medical Director of Aesthetics 360 Medical Spa, Dr. Silvestre built the practice from the ground up with a clear mission: to offer patients a level of medical oversight and safety typically found only in hospital settings, applied to the full spectrum of modern aesthetic treatments. Every protocol, every product selection, and every provider credential reflects his exacting clinical standards.
Dr. Silvestre also maintains an active critical-care practice through DAL Critical Care Consulting, ensuring his medical knowledge and skills remain at the forefront of his specialty. He is licensed to practice medicine in Pennsylvania and 12 additional states, and is a proud member of the American Med Spa Association (AMSPA).
