From this central location we serve clients across the entire corridor, from Bala Cynwyd at the urban-adjacent eastern edge to Malvern at the western terminus, including every core Main Line town and adjacent communities. The practice is a short drive from any town along Lancaster Avenue (Route 30), the SEPTA Paoli/Thorndale rail line, or the Blue Route (I-476).
About the Philadelphia Main Line
The Main Line is a roughly 11-mile string of historic, affluent suburban communities running northwest from Philadelphia along Lancaster Avenue and the former Pennsylvania Railroad line — now SEPTA’s Paoli/Thorndale regional rail. The corridor spans Montgomery, Delaware, and Chester counties and is defined by its rail and highway access to Center City Philadelphia, its strong public and private school systems, its historic architecture, and a level of demographic affluence that supports a sophisticated medical aesthetics market.

These towns sit closest to Center City Philadelphia and skew toward a mix of urban-adjacent young professionals and established residential families. Lankenau Medical Center and the Merion Cricket Club are notable institutional anchors. From Wayne, the eastern Main Line is roughly a 15-25 minute drive depending on Lancaster Avenue traffic.
Central Main Line (Ardmore through Villanova)
Ardmore, Haverford, Bryn Mawr, Rosemont, and Villanova form the central spine of the Main Line. Ardmore is the corridor’s commercial hub, anchored by Suburban Square and the Ardmore train station. Haverford and Bryn Mawr are home to Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, and Bryn Mawr Hospital — a strong academic and medical professional community. Rosemont sits between Bryn Mawr and Villanova and is home to Rosemont College. Villanova is anchored by Villanova University and is known for large historic estates and a privacy-oriented residential character. From Wayne, the central Main Line towns are 5-15 minutes by car.
Wayne and the Radnor Township area (the practice’s home)
Wayne, Radnor, St. Davids, and Strafford form the cluster immediately around our practice. Wayne is the corridor’s social and dining hub — known for its Restaurant Row along Lancaster Avenue, walkable downtown, and the Wayne Hotel. St. Davids and Strafford are residential neighborhoods immediately adjacent to Wayne. Radnor Township is home to the corporate corridor along Matsonford Road (Vanguard, Lincoln Financial Group), top-rated schools, Radnor Memorial Library, and Cabrini University. We are within 0-2 miles of every address in this cluster.
Western Main Line (Devon through Malvern)
Devon, Berwyn, Paoli, and Malvern make up the western end of the Main Line. Devon is best known for the annual Devon Horse Show and a strong equestrian community. Berwyn is a close-knit residential town in the Conestoga school district. Paoli is a major SEPTA commuter rail terminus and retains a small-town atmosphere. Malvern, the western terminus, mixes suburban residential with more rural surroundings near Chester County. From Wayne, the western Main Line towns are 5-15 minutes by car.
Adjacent communities
Beyond the core Main Line, we also serve clients from adjacent communities. Gladwyne is a highly affluent secluded area north of the rail line. Newtown Square offers high-end living south of Radnor. Havertown sits south of the main line and is a family-oriented alternative with easy commutes. Each of these communities is within a 10-20 minute drive of our Wayne office.
